How much does it cost?

Will it match the look and feel of my website?

Yes - many aspects of layout, colour scheme, look and feel can be modified from the admin control panel.   Others will be set-up by us as part of the installation process.

Can I use it to take credit card payments?

Yes, assuming you have (or sign up for) a merchant account and/or the services of a Payment Service Provider. Modules are already available for WorldPay, ProTX and PayPal, but others can be added as a custom modification/addition - enquire for details.

Can I build it into my own website design?

Yes, if you build and maintain your own website, you should find it relatively straight forward to intergrate SuperBasket into your website as long as it is hosted by FutureServers.net either directly or via one of our resellers.

Can I buy it to install on my current web hosting solution?

Possibly - SuperBasket is only fully supported by us in conjunction with FutureServers hosting solutions through our parent company Web Of Knowledge Limited, or via one of our resellers. SuperBasket can also be installed on other " LAMP " hosting platforms, however a license in perpetuity (currently £900) must be purchased first.

Can you build the rest of the website around it for me?

Web Of Knowledge Limited would be delighted to discuss your requirements and provide a quote for this, alternatively you may prefer to approach one of our resellers if they are closer to where you operate.

How big/small a range of products is it suitable for?

Anything from 1 product upwards can be supported on SuperBasket. If you intend using it for more than about 10,000 products, you should consult us regarding the hosting and admin control panel requirements.

Can I use it if I don't actually want to sell online?

Yes, we have a special "Order Enquiry" module that utilises the cart contents as a "pick list", "Product Display" or similar. The order enquiry facility enables the business to have a customer's requirements listed in front of them before they contact the customer (for example).

What are the ongoing costs of ownership?

Annual hosting charge from £100, software license £150 pa, plus any costs relating to Payment Service Providers, Secure Server Certificate & Fixed IP, additional webspace, bandwidth or POP3's
